Tait's Award Winning 2 Story House

 Tait had a lot of fun making this house in his CTE class in 7th Grade.  He won 2nd place!  The roof is a soccer field, surprise, surprise!

 Here he is getting his Award.  This is from Sunrise Ridge Intermediate School in Saint George.

Solar Eclipse May 2012

These pictures were taken during the eclipse in May 2012.  The eclipse made the light bend.  Neat huh?

Here are the pictures I took using the eclipse glasses over my lens on my little point and shoot camera.  It was fun!

Mothers Day May 13, 2012

 My sweet husband and kids have so much fun making me breakfast in bed and chocolate covered strawberries every year for my birthday and mothers day.  It's better than any gift, ever.

There are not many pictures this day, I don't like pictures of myself, so you'll have to just be ok with seeing my arm here ;)

 Being a mother is the best thing that Heavenly Father has ever blessed me with.  I am so thankful for and blessed by my children every day.  I live and die for them.  They are my joy.

Soccer April 2012

I realize that these pictures are blurry, and out of focus, but I just had to share them.  They are too funny not to~! Especially this one of Sinjin flinching, Ha Ha!

Sinjin is a little spit fire when it comes to getting the ball.  He is one quick little dude.

Our Goalie Coaches, I think they are a little bored.

Kade wanted to get out there and play too!

Sinjin, the goal keeper, not his favorite job.  It's rare when the boys make it down to that side of the field.  That's daddy helping him out.

There is also a lot of standing around a pacing when you are a defender.

Now for Tiernan.  She is a really good soccer player.  She is great in every position.  She is fast and aggressive.  Way to go Tiernan!

We love soccer and I love being a soccer mom!

Here is Tait's team.  They were a great team even though they didn't win very often, they worked hard and never gave up!

Sinjin's 7th Birthday April 16, 2012

Sinjin:

We love him so much and are so glad that he is a part of our family.

Breakfast Pastry in bed, our Birthday tradition. 

Sinjin loves Angry Birds so we decided to make them a part of his birthday party.  We found primary colored balls and drew the birds faces on them.

Then we got green balloons and made them the pigs.

I made some fun cupcake toppers and cupcake wrappers.

And then made a small cake just for Sinjin.

Found some fun Angry Bird chew toys for dogs and made a fun banner and toppers for goody bags.

And the prince was pleased~!

We made some towers with the pigs on them out of cardboard boxes for the kids to throw the angry bird balls at and played a life sized version of the game.

Present time!

I think he likes money!

He's a crazy head!

Make a wish!

Then we had the kids run back and forth from one side of the yard to the other and the other kids tried to hit them with the Angry Birds Balls.

Kade had fun cleaning off the plates.
