Easter Saturday and Sunday 2010

Here are the kids Saturday Morning after all the hard work they did removing half of the weeds from the backyard planting boxes.  They are waiting to open the front door cause they just heard a knock!  I wonder who it could be!! ;)

It was the EASTER BUNNY!  Leaving surprizes on the doorstep!  Just in time to sit and watch conference.  What a smart bunny!
Here are the kids with their loot:
Amara
Tiernan
Tait
Sinjin
Having fun going through all their stuff while listening to  conference.
Here are the kids on Sunday Morning!  That silly Easter Bunny made them wait until now for the HUNT!  On your marks, get set, GO!
Just a few action shots from the hunt:
Our yummy breakfast, German Pancakes with Strawberries and Powdered Sugar.
Tait created this clubhouse for the kids to sit in while listening to conference.  He is so creative and helpful :)
Hangin' out in the clubhouse...

It was such a great couple of days.  We were so blessed to be able to be together as a family and listen to the Prophet and other Church Leaders.  We were edified by each talk and it seemed like each talk was just for us.  This is for sure, my favorite time of year!

A new little one...

Our family is so excited to announce that we are expecting a new little Belnap this December.  I just can't keep a secret of my own very well, but I'm really good at keeping other people's secrets :)  Anyway, the kids were so cute when I told them!  They are so excited!  The girls immediatly went to their rooms with a notebook and came out with a whole page full of names for boys and girls.  Amara has been finding every piece of scrap wood that she can find and paint them to make toys for the baby.  She has created a building alphabet block for a girl and a toy car ramp for a boy!  Sijjin finds anything that has to do with a baby at the store and wants to buy it.  Today he was so mad that I wouldn't let him buy some bottles.  Tiernan keeps asking me if she can babysit, and Tait asked if he could feed the baby in the middle of the night!  Sounds good to me! :)  We are so excited and feel so blessed to be the recipient family of this new little spirit.
