Happy Birthday Thane!

Let me start by saying: "I have the best husband in the world!" I love him so much! If you look up integrity in the dictionary, his picture would be there. He is the most loving, giving, selfless person I know. I hope I don't take advantage of his loving spirit too much, but that's what wives are for, right?! ;) HAPPY BIRTHDAY THANE!

Thane's Birthday was on a Sunday so he had a slew of meetings to go to, but, before he walked out the door, I posted a note on his back that said "It's my Birthday!" No one told him it was there! It was great! He was embarrassed when I told him about it!

Here are some pictures of him opening his presents, after dinner we had his traditional brownie birthday cake with a poorly figured 36 made out of candles. We're pathetic!

The Jubilee of Trees

I don't think we will ever do this again, but it was fun, sort of. We went on the family free day (which was the major problem) it was so crowded, we couldn't even see the trees or Santa :( Here are some pictures we could squeeze in, while holding up the line!

Amara had a little Gingerbread Girl that she made in class. She needed to do something Christmassy with it, so here is the proof!

Tait's movin' his way UP!

In October, Tait earned his Webelos badge! Good for you Tait! You work so hard, and I am so proud of you. He is so embarrassed that he had to have his face painted and share it with me :)

After giving out the awards, Tait was blindfolded and had to try and figure out what the smell was of various things the Cub Master put under his nose! He got them all right except for medicine. Ha Ha!

Thanksgiving 2009

I didn't get a lot of pictures this Thanksgiving (that is of the actual feast, I took 1650 pictures cause I did some photo sessions while I was up there!) Anyway, here are some I captured :)

Thane and his brother Jared carving the Turkey. It was so yummy!

Here is Tiernan with two of her cousins, Taya and Avia. The kids love to put the olives on their fingers :)
After we ate, we went to a nearby park and took family pictures. This is the first time in a year when all 12 of the kids were together, so we had to take advantage of the situation of course! From left to right:
Leif, Josh, Seth, Thane, Rusty, Jared, Lacey, Caresa, Kami, April, Honey and Tanisha.
Not in order of age, but height!
Now you know where my kids get their craziness from!
After these pictures all the girls went and watched New Moon! The boys stayed home and ate pie, then came and dropped the babies off to us so they could go see their movie. It was a lot of fun!
