Gingerbread Time!

I used to totally make the gingerbread from scratch for our traditional Gingerbread houses, but then I came to my senses and started buying the kits!  Much easier, especially because the ones I made looked exactly like this! :)  This is a really fun family activity for us, and Thane likes to document, since he's not a huge fan of the candy!

As you can see in the next picture all Amara wants to do is eat it all!  Do we look tired or what?

Christmas Dance Demonstration

Here is the CUTEST dance class ever! They are so fun to teach!  Tiernan and Amara are in a gymnastics/dance class on Thursdays, and I trade the gymnastics teacher by teaching the dance section.  It's so great to have them in dance and gymnastics again.  They are born tumblers, and not afraid of stuff that used to terrify me in gymnastics!  They amaze me every day :)  For the last 15 minutes of class, the girls got to show off the dances we had prepared for the the parents.  The first was a Silent Night ballet, and the second was The Santa Hula!  It was a lot of fun to see them try to keep thier feet and hips going along with thier arm motions.  I am so blessed to be able to be a part of their dance education.
