San Francisco- July 28, 2011

We had a lot of fun driving to Sacramento to attend my nieces wedding.  While we were there, we took advantage of the surrounding sites.  San Francisco included.  The kids really loved Lombard Street.  We had to drive down it 3 times, and they wanted to do it more.
 View of Alcatraz.
Really, a group tour on these...
San Francisco is cold, even in the middle of summer, Kade had to put on daddy's hoodie.
Here are the kids at the mermaid fountain in Ghirardelli Square.
 An overly friendly clown.
 Sinjin's Sward and sheath.
Finding out how chocolate is made in Ghirardelli.
 Learning about block and Tackle.
 One huge anchor.
 One huge steamboat paddle.
One of the kids favorite things about our Calif. visit.  The Pier and ocean.

If you look closely, you will see a little red ball in the water.  That is a crazy guy swimming. :)
Do you see the name of the pub behind Tiernan?  Cool huh!?
 Inside a tug boat.

Mine, Mine, Mine, Mine... (you know what that's from if you have kids, or like cartoons).  Maybe I should sell this print on etsy?
 I'm one lucky girl.
 Strike a pose.
Tiernan is trying to turn the wheel.
This boat was a ferry and carried cars and their passengers from one place to another.
Here is a closer look at Tiernan in front of her pub.
 On the ferry.
 A huge cargo ship.
Driving over the Golden Gate Bridge

Muir Woods
This is why I don't let Thane have the camera:  ;)

Kade is in Thane's hoody ;)

Posing inside a huge Redwood!

Huge gross banana slug...

Here is a really cool seat the roots made... with Sinjin
Without Sinjin...

How'd that picture get all the way down here? HaHa!
