Making Chocolates with Christine! YUM! September 23, 2011

We like to visit the Walters, alot. Now you will see why...

She makes us yummy treats...

Yummy homemade caramel!

 

Then they get to go for a swim in chocolate, then they are rolled around in nuts!

Pretzels dipped in caramel, then chocolate.

Making chocolates...
Fill the mold with chocolate, then dump it out onto a cutting board...

Scrape the bottom...

Then place in the fridge to harden.

Add your filling,

Then more chocolate on top and smooth out with a spatula!  Refrigerate again and pop them out!

Meanwhile, dip more caramel apples in white chocolate, then in a mixture of crushed graham crackers with cinnamon.  They taste like an apple pie!

Crack off the extra chocolate! And viola!

Mmmmm... kade is looking at a plate full of them right now!

So NUMMY!

Jared is mad that he has to share!
